I have a bi-level house. All utilities are included in the rent as well as cable, high speed internet (wired and wireless) washer & dryer and the house has central A/C. I also have a PS3 that I don't mind sharing and a 50" plasma to watch sports on. I travel for work some, so you'd have the house to yourself when I'm gone.
