About this household

I currently have an apartment at University Village where I am looking to give up my room. I have one roommate. I have a reserved parking spot also that is additional 25$ a mont right in front of the apartment which is on the first floor. The apartment is fully furnished and includes the WiFi, cable, electric, etc. There is also a laundry unit inside the apartment. Let me know if you have any questions. I am looking to move out the end of the month and you can move in then.
