It is actually 2 full size rooms. One can be used for office or whatever you like. The bathroom and laundry room in between them. the bathroom has a large linen closet. My bedroom is on the other side of the house. It is a gated sub division. The living room is a little small and only one tv. so best if you have one for your room. May not like my goofy taste in shows. There is a covered patio and big yard but not fenced. Pretty close to the neighborhood pool.
