Artist, 27, looking for somewhere near (within walking distance of) the Cook Inc. Park 48 facility for the sake of convenience. I make in the neighborhood of $1200 a month, which is why my preferred rent is 1/4 that as was recommended to me. Will buy my own: Food, toiletries, cleaning supplies.
