House is very clean, expecting the same. I am 32, male, professional employed in downtown St. Pete. Two dogs and no problem if you have one as well! Great location, 10 minutes from Downtown St. Pete, 15-20 minutes from both airports, and 20 minutes from Tampa. The house is a split floor plan, offering you privacy and a separate bathroom. House is fully furnished, including appliances, dishes, and laundry. Bedroom furniture (pictured) is optional at no additional charge.
