A furnished room that is available now. There is a private closet. It’s furnished with a Queen size bed, small table w/ lamp and storage cube. The shared areas are the bathroom, living room, kitchen and the laundry room. I am looking for someone that is professional, neat and friendly. I would like someone who cleans up after themselves, considerate, respectful, doesn't smoke(can smoke outside), and doesn't have any pets. You'll have the option of 3 months(minimum),6 months,9 months or a year
