Im a 20 year old kid looking for an affordable rooming situation, details of the what type of place i am looking for arent very important. I consider myself to be a reasonably considerate and tidy individual. I am the type of person that if you didnt already know that I was living your house/apartment, you'd hardly even notice i was there. I am looking to start college after this new year so my schedule will be very busy. I am generally more of an out and about person than a home body
