About this household

I’ve got a bedroom available in town for $325 a month plus utilities. I just moved in a couple weeks ago so I’m not sure how much utilities are going to cost here. I’ve got a cat and I wouldn’t mind if you brought a pet with you but you would need to pay a deposit to my landlord and pay an extra $25 a month for it. I don’t have any furniture here except for what’s in my bedroom but I’m currently saving up to furnish the place.
