I am pretty much a quiet, laid back person for the most part. So if you're really loud and crazy... it won't work. Sorry. (I've had some pretty loud roommates in the past. lol). I'm kinda lowbudget right now (preferably under $300/mo rent w/ utilities... $200/mo is what I'm aiming for). I'm a christian and I'd prefer a roommate who respects my values. i.e. no guys spending the night or any drinking parties (at least not at home ;) I'll be going to school and working most of the time.
