Summary
I'm considering moving to Santa Barbara, but would like to try it for 6 months before i make it permament. I'm clean, financially sound and considerate of others. I do have an indoor cat and would like to take hinm with me but I can be flexible on this. I have shared homes with others before and I have good references if requested. I woukd prefer a female roomate over 30 years old. I would love to live near the ocean.
