I have a Manufactured home,in a very nice mixed park.I am 81 years old (but don't look it) & retired. The room is furnished with a bathroom next to it. I have I 2 pets, an energetic, friendly Miniature Australian Shepherd I take 2 a nearby park and adorable cat. I could allow a cat if it was compatible with my pets. There R pet rules. I have diverse interests, reading, cooking, gardening, enjoy relaxing watching tv.I am pretty active. Up until a few years ago, I cycled, kayaked, skied, etc.
