I am retired software engineer professional, quiet, tidy, clean up after myself. Looking for fully furnished room in a quiet home. No drama, loud music/TV going all the time. I use my earbuds, don't need TV at all. I do need good wifi. I'd love a private bathroom and washer/dryer in home. A place to sit outside in the shade or sun would be wonderful. And a spot to do some stretches/yoga. I'm into new age/spiritual things but don't push my views on anyone else. No Covid masks/tests for me.
