Large house in peaceful, respectable neighborhood. Beautiful round-about garden, fenced backyard. Mountain view, across the bridge from the ferry. All female household- prefer male roomate. How you keep your room is your business, but shared areas must stay tidy. Quiet, well behaved dog, and two cats, all non-intrusive and friendly... no additional pets welcome. We are social, but respect your right to not be if you wish. Not big fan's of guests, but will tolerate if respectful and quiet.
