I've been looking around for a while and found a really nice house at 1809 Rorer Ave. in SW Roanoke, ran by Hall & Associates. The house looks nice; drywall, fresh paint inside and out, front porch, fenced in front yard, nice backyard. Also very close to downtown and Grandin court area. Nice view, no buildings across from the house, lots of space around the house and the location is fairly safe and low-key. There's also a basement for storage use.
