About this household

The rental is all inclusive to include utilities. Utilities include cable, internet, trash, and water/sewer. I am a middle aged woman and do not look for folks who are partiers. Pets can be considered on a case by case basis. You must be employed and able to pay rent on the first of each month without question. I have a little dog and do not wish to have any animal that would hurt my dog hence the case by case basis. There is a yard for animals and leisure. There is deck and in a cul-de-sac.
