2 females & 1 male w/ 2 dogs & 1 cat. We live in a charming house set atop hill in Fallbrook w/ stunning views! We are on 1/3 acre with Avocado trees surrounding the house, along with numerous other plants and flowers. Tile roof, stucco exterior, wood floors on the main level and tile floors on the lower... we have all fallen in love with this house!! Large fireplace upstairs and a wood-burning stove downstairs keep us more than warm during the cooler temps!! The house is 1,900 square feet!
