Hi, I am from Wilmington, and am back from one year of school in NY. I have been staying at home but definitely need to move out to a place of my own again. Hope to go to Cape Fear or elsewhere for school soon. As of now, I've got a pt job. I am looking to rent where it's central to the beach - downtown area.
