I have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Very clean. My potential roommate backed out the DAY BEFORE she was supposed to move in and now I am stuck with rent and bills all by myself. Looking for someone to move in ASAP. Female only please. Between the ages of 20-30. I am 22 and a Dental assistant. Very nice, happy and normal ?? Rent is $450 a month plus utilities! Utilities are usually around $150 a month with everything including water, trash, electric, internet and renters insurance. And then there’s a one time security deposit of $150.
