About this household
I am looking to charge 350$ for rent, split utilities and WiFi. I’m pretty relaxed and usually leave on the weekends. I have two cars right now but may be down to one soon. I don’t have much in the way of furnishing right now but am slowly working on it. I’m employed full time and am only seeking employed roommates. The cats won’t bother you much and the AC runs great!
