I'm looking to rent a room or basement area, would love to have a Private BA, but not required. $400/$425 range with utilities/wifi included. Quiet location preferred. I'm gone most weekends (especially in the summer months). I'm quiet and keep to myself when I'm home. Female, Full-time job with 10 y/o Chocolate Lab, absolute sweetheart, well behaved and laid back. He gets along great with other dogs and has lived with cats most of his life. A fenced backyard is a great option, too.
