I have a large 1700sqr ft 3 bedroom apartment located at 121 east 35th street. The apartment has in house washer and dryer, two living rooms, off street parking, central AC. It allows pets, I have a 9 week old golden retriever puppy currently. I have two rooms to choose from, my younger brother will be moving in the first week of September.
