*RENT IS $397.50 PER PERSON EVERY MONTH ($795 all together)*I am a full time student athlete at Shepherd University, in a business fraternity called Delta Sigma Pi (DSP). The apartment is located in the heart of Shepherdstown WV, right next to Shepherd University. I do enjoy having over friends/teammates pretty often, but obviously am respectful to roommates wishes. I am an uprising senior this semester. I don’t mind mess if it’s in your room, but in common areas I like to keep it clean.
