Hello there! We are two couples, aged 20-24 looking for another roommate! We live in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse in Vancouver and you’d have your own bedroom and bathroom downstairs to yourself and also a private entrance to your room from the street. Rent would be $632 BEFORE utilities, water however is included in the price of rent. We would ask for a $200 deposit! Let us know if you’d like more information or to set up a meeting with us!
