Newly Painted 2nd floor apartment in the south end of New Bedord, MA, with all new hardwood floors, large walk in kitchen area and large living room, regular bath and 3 large bedrooms- driveway is first come first serve and there is plenty of off street parking as well. Regular sized backyard. Very good deal, Rent is $700- split down the middle ($350.00) does not include utilities. However I get fuel assistance in the winter so that is one bill we would not have to worry about! :)
