I'm renting out a room in my home. It's been freshly painted and carpet steam cleaned. It has solid wood blinds on windows, ceiling fan light, a/c, and cable hook up for tv/wifi. It's unfurnished, but clean. You'll have full access to my home because I'm looking for a housemate not just a boarder. There's a washer/dryer in the house with a dishwasher and off street parking. I'm 55, easy going, easy to live with, neat/clean, keep clean/neat house, have two cats, respect personal space.
