Hello, my name is Lee. I live in a two-bedroom apartment One of the rooms will be available on the first of August. This apartment is within walking distance of the college. All utilities are paid or are included in the rent. The place is furnished with a basic refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer and dryer. I do have internet and I'm willing to split the bill with a roommate. If cable t.v. is wanted that would be your bill. As for me, I pretty much keep to myself.
