Hello future roomate! I'm Jon and am looking for an easy going, responsible girl/or guy. I just bought a brand new 3 story townhome in S. Charlotte. You would have your own HUGE room, w/private bathroom and walk in closet. House is fully furnished. Rent would be $700 and I'll take care of all the utilities. Wireless throughout the house, HD t.v, washer and dryer, 30 yards from the pool, etc. I'm a laidback, straight, single guy who likes to workout, play guitar, bake/cook, go out on the weekends
