Utilities included are trash, cable, Hulu, netflix, wifi, and water. Electric is split in half. Living room and kitchen have a wall AC, bedrooms are allowed to install portable AC but not wall AC. Parking is separate for $90 a month. 7 min from Ala Moana area. Ocean view. 9th floor of building.
