I'm looking for a private bedroom and bathroom for my son and I to share. My son and I just need a peaceful place to live where I can concentrate on my writing. We're friendly. My child wakes up pretty late,so there will be silence until about 11am everyday, but he's also a good listener and knows how to use a quiet voice. Please help with giving me some independence.
