I have a townhouse available as of today in Little River/NMB. It is on Hwy 17 where 17 & 9 meet. It is very close to all schools, grocery, beach, and hospital. Hwy. 31 access to MB and Grand Strand is approx 1 mile away. Two bedroom unit has screened in back porch, 2 full bath, new hot water heater, and fairly new AC unit. This unit is in excellant condition. It is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if need be. Rent is $750 per month and includes water, sewer, trash, and possibly
