I am 48, divorcing, and have two sons 17 & 20. Both sons work/school, and are quiet, calm & pleasant. We are looking for either a guesthouse, or two rooms to rent in friendly environment, until we can get our own place. We want to exit dwelling with my soon to be ex, he is schizophrenic and subject to rages and verbal abusiveness. We want out NOW. I can be helpful with gardening work, and household chores. We are low-keyed, looking for a least restrictive environment . Male host preferred.
