3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Located near downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas. If you love the beach just minutes away. Roommate moving out in July (if room needed earlier may discuss) so it will be a total of 3 of us. We do have a cat who is very friendly and stays to herself.
