I have two rooms available: a private bedroom for $525/month plus utilities that's open December 1, and an add-on off the living room for $300. My roommate's moving out at the end of the month and I am absolutely desperate to find someone since I can't afford it alone. I'm pretty easygoing, and just need to find someone who's responsible and can pay the bills on time. It's a total bonus to find someone I can maybe hang out with from time to time too. :)
