I signed a lease to rent a BRAND NEW HOUSE in Encino (101 @ White Oak). 3 Bedrooms, 3 FULL Bathrooms (all w/ shower and tub). The construction and landscaping are not finished yet, but should be done within the next 2 weeks. Move in date is July 1. Bedroom Details: Rent is $925/month and $925 deposit, Utilities not included (cable, gas, DWP, etc.) Measurements are aprox 13' x 13' w/ a big closet. *Can be FULLY furnished ($100/mo.) if needed, have lots of extra furniture.
