I work on Lake Conroe. Sold my house last year in Friendswood, used to live in April Sound and all over lake Conroe 20 years ago. Mountain bike. I do have a daughter but she lives in Friendswood with her dad until college. He has a boat here and she is a kind sweet spirited mil-lineal cheerleader. I would rarely if ever have guests over. I usually go hang out at my friend’s houses. Just need a place to lay my head and shower after and before work. I’d like to pay $400 if possible.
