I'm usually pretty quiet-no loud parties or anything. I work in a bookstore in the Woodlands and would like something relatively close. I have 2 pet rats who stay in a cage most of the time-and are ALWAYS in my room. I'm fine with occasional parties, but not every weekend- work weekends a lot and don't want to stay all night if I have to work in the morning. I think it would be fine as long as my roommate can talk about this kind of stuff and show each other respect in working through it.
