I have a room for rent in my single family home in Anderson , IN. Rent includes utilities (gas, water, electric, cable, internet washer/dryer, and hiem security). I am a middle aged professional and I’m looking for someone who is responsible, non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol and doesn’t mind pets. Common space would be shared. I pretty much keep to myself but I’m warm and friendly. I would need security and first months rent in advance and a clean background check.
