I work in the music industry as a booking agent and promotional consultant. I'm fairly quiet, but noise isn't a huge concern for me as long as it doesn't cause problems with the neighbors. I have tons of furniture so I'd love to find a roommate and then look for an apartment together, but I'm open to anything really.
