I am a current college Student looking for a room to rent. I would prefer my own although I am not opposed to a roomshare if we REALLY hit it off. However, in general, I am opposed to sharing a room with a stranger. I would like a room that costs between $400-$450 a month although I would be able to afford up to $500 AFTER utilities. I'm very respectful and will keep to myself if you are not a social person.
