Utilities are not included I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house The house is a cute little house with front and back yards includes oven, refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer, dryer, living room, and dining area are furnished. the bedrooms are not furnished but I can put a twin bed in the room if you would like.
