About this household

I'm staying in a 4-bed 2-bath in the Summit near campus. My roommate and I will have two vacancies beginning in July and are looking for some nice people to live with! We're pretty quiet and like to keep the apartment clean. The rental is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, two dressers, a desk, and nightstand in each room. Utilities also included!
