I'll be starting graduate film school in Manhattan in the fall. I'm clean, pretty quiet, not a big partier (but I am very social, if that makes sense), and independent. I will usually have 8-14 hour days because of school and homework. As long as there is a room with a bed and some decent closet space, I'll be happy.
