Hi! I have a two bedroom two bathroom first floor apartment with an in unit washer and dryer. It is in a great location in Oro Valley and right by one of the two pools in the apartment complex. I have no pets and rarely have people over. I work in hospitality and have ever changing hours and days off. I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate to move in as early as October 8. The rent listed is estimated to include all utilities as well.
