Roommate wanted for luxury apt. Non smoker, female preferred, must be able to pass the background and financial check required by apt complex. Gated community with pool, ex room, fire pit, grills, car care center, and pet areas. Small dog OK but will require deposit. Apt is two bedroom/two bath (1,161 sq ft) fully furnished, modern appliances, and washer/dryer. $500 per month covers rent, all utilities, and cable/wifi. Garage also available for extra fee.
