My friend and I are looking for a female roommate to live in the extra bedroom in our duplex. My roommate does have a little dog and he is hypoallergenic and not much of a barker. We are hoping to pay semesterly, but CRMC said we could pay monthly if we needed to. When you sign, we need to pay 1st months rent ($375), security deposit ($375), and cleaning fee ($125). There are also a few other fees throughout the year such as snow removal, electric, cable.. etc. if interested - 517-281-1638!!
