One more roommate needed for a 3 bedroom house. Large kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bathrooms not to mention the extrememly large room available. Everything is freshly painted and carpeted. I am a 20 (almost 21) yr old student at pace university. I have lived in the place for the past yr w/ two other girls but they're both moving out. I found one other girl but I still need one more.
