I am looking to optimally find a place for my best friend and I to stay for one year. We are both students so we have steady income from scholarship but not so much money, so we are looking at spending under 400 a month each. Immediately I will be returning to Jacksonville in June and I need somewhere to stay until My roommate arrives in August.
