My ideal rental situation would be rooms over a garage or a small cottage on someone's property. Besides that rooming with another non-drinker would be great - male or female - someone easy going, clean, friendly, etc. Someone in the age range of 35-60 would be nice. I'm 47. I'm really easy to get along with, kind, quiet, sensible. I have two young grand children (2 and 6 mos) that visit occasionally.
