This is a beautiful quiet area, good for students or professionals. Community is mixed ages, and does allow pets. My unit is on the bottom floor and backs up toa conservation area. Near Cocoa and Brevard Community College, NASA. Furniture included, but if you have your own I will move any or all of mine out! I am easy going and don't want drama or drug users.
