The home is located in Aurora, about midway between Route 59 and Eola just south of New York Street. I am asking $600/ month and a $300 security deposit. That would cover utilities (gas/heat, electric/AC, water/sewer, cable TV and high speed internet) as well as use of the washer & dryer. Walking distance to Fox Valley mall.
